My Book - Homefront Still Life

Click here for info on Amazon about my new Book!
Homefront Still Life Book

I’m happy to announce that my Book is available on Amazon! I created a 7”x7” 22 page hardcover book with images of my still life paintings.

I’m not a techie person, so the process of working with the publishing program, visiting the publishing help page many times, emailing Amazon on info I needed and then applying it all was quite an undertaking for me. After going through a concussion a few years ago technical things are harder than before. However, the book was a mission I wanted to complete. The process was quite a learning experience. However now that I’ve been through it, it’ll be a piece of cake making the next book! Fingers crossed!

Eleanor’s Flowerpot

My mom’s flowerpot has been in my life as long as I can remember. I sat it on my hearth to paint and gave it a go.
There are no markings on the bottom and I don’t know its age. It could have been my grandmother’s as well. I’m glad I still have it and it found its way into a painting. It’s become my favorite work so far.

The Good Egg

Organic, free-range, brown eggs! They’ve always been on my list to paint.

The French Onion

I was listening to French music while painting this onion. (And so the name.) Also of course, it’s great for soup. French singer Edith Piaf is a favorite.

Pear with Leaf

From a photo, I took it a few years ago and knew I’d like to paint it someday…
Someday has arrived!

The Queen Olive

They’ve been around for millions of years making martinis, salads, and pizza better. I enjoyed painting olives in a jar!
